The End Of Week 1!

Technically the end of the first week is tomorrow but I figured Wednesdays are a good day to start another week. I gotta say after this week I feel so much better thus far! Started working out in some form everyday. The two I enjoy the most so far is basketball which is a lot funner now that I'm not huffing and puffing every minute. The other exercise is one Desmond and I started today, Sledgehammer and tire workout, its tough but a lot of fun and a great way to get out the frustrations out of the way. The weirdest part that I've noticed is I have been waking up earlier without being drowsy. With my job starting early this a very added plus that I've enjoyed very much. Oh and the meals that I have been consuming have been so good! First it was the Smart Ones that weight watchers makes then I was making Fish and rice thanks to the suggestion of Ben Blecha, and now I'm going to cook chicken and shrimp as well! So all in all this week has been a huge success and for the first time in my life I don't want to stop eating well and exercising I want to keep going and nothing will get in my way!

Weight started at: 275 lbs

Current after week one: 269 lbs

Total weight loss: 6 lbs

The First Weekend of the New Beginning

Hey everyone! Sorry I didn't get to posting this weekend with the little case of the stomach flu Saturday Morning and then Easter Sunday I didn't have much time to get on the computer. Saturday was a lot easier of a day then Sunday was thats for sure. Saturday consisted of going to my girlfriends parents house and Amanda, who is the girlfriend, helped me out immensly with making sure I ate the right things. She is on Weight Watchers herself so that helped. Easter was something I was definitely worried about with starting a new eating regimine. However, I surprised myself and actually did pretty good yes I had seconds but they were smaller portions then accustomed to and I did not even have any desert! So I'll call this weekend a win, lets hope the rest of the week can be as well. Weigh in on Wednesday.
